I was told by a manager once that we have unlocked true magic together to help the team grow. As an HR leader having experience in a global environment as well as leading remote teams, traveling across Europe, I still truly believe in magic.
Magic between humans, magic in collaboration, magic in connection.
All my career led me in the direction of letting others be the better versions of themselves. I was lucky to have a team, a diverse, international, enthusiastic environment where I could totally realize the importance of strength in being different.
With an economist’s brain and a trainer’s heart enjoying the spread of knowledge by self-experience, I am to be a coach where connection is in the focus to support leaders reaching their goals.
Beyond my professional roles, I volunteer my time to support a hotline for women in need.
Most of all I am a mother of three, and I am continuously grateful to have them as my mirror.
